Data collected and purposes. When you request a free audit or place an order, you may give me the name of your business, your town, your email address, your phone number, a link to your website or social media, a description of your needs and the details of your selection. This information is used to carry out the audit, respond to your request, prepare a quote or an invoice, and fulfil the order.
How it works. This site does not store any of this information. The forms prepare a WhatsApp message or an email that you choose whether or not to send. WhatsApp is a Meta service and Gmail a Google service, each subject to its own privacy policy.
Legal bases. Pre-contractual measures taken at your request and performance of the contract for orders; the legal obligation to keep certain accounting records; my legitimate interest in responding to the requests I receive.
Retention periods. Exchanges with a prospective client are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Invoices and accounting records relating to an order are kept for 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
Recipients. Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is only accessible to the publisher and to the technical providers mentioned above (host, messaging, and payment provider) as part of their service.
Payment. Payment is made by bank transfer or, when this option is offered, by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), on its secure payment page: no card data is collected or stored on this site. Stripe acts as a data controller for its own obligations; see its privacy policy at stripe.com.
Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to leo@comm1pro.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience measurement tools. It only uses your browser’s storage to remember two display preferences: not showing you the animated welcome screen again during your visit, and night mode if you chose it. This data never leaves your device.
The fonts are hosted on this site: displaying them requires no connection to a third-party service.
